OUR ORIGIN STORY

Born From the Frontline Nursing Crisis

Altrix Group was founded during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when bedside nurses were stretched beyond capacity. Patient volumes surged, documentation demands increased, and nurses had less time to focus on direct patient care.

Our founders, experienced nurses from a range of clinical specialties, saw the strain firsthand and asked a simple question:

What if nurses had help with the administrative tasks that pull them away from patients?

The answer became Altrix Group. By providing virtual support for admissions, discharges, and post-discharge follow-up, we free up nurses to focus on what matters most: caring for patients. Every admission completed, every discharge supported, and every follow-up call strengthens the connection between patients and the nurses who care for them.
